"Noticed a leak just before Thanksgiving. Called Don Kennedy for a quote to get the leak fixed. A technician (Nathanael) was out the next day and we discovered the company that roofed my house 15 years ago did a terrible job (no flashing around some vents, no underlay in parts). He did an excellent job showing and explaining the problems that caused the leak after a thorough inspection. He took all the time I needed to understand what the problem was and what would be needed to fix that problem. He then pointed out some other issues that could be a future problem. He also made sure we had a good idea of what needed to be done now and what could be done in a second step later.
After we agreed, the technicians who came out to fix the problem were polite and considerate. They took the time to explain what they were going to do and got their work done in a timely manner. When the repair was done they let me know and they had cleaned up all debris in the areas where they worked. I would highly recommend Don Kennedy Roofing for roof repairs or a new roof if needed.
