He took all the time I needed to understand what the problem was and what would be needed to fix that problem. He then pointed out some other issues that could be a future problem. He also made sure we had a good idea of what needed to be done now and what could be done in a second step later.
After we agreed, the technicians who came out to fix the problem were polite and considerate. They took the time to explain what they were going to do and got their work done in a timely manner.
