I knew you both were fine people and I have always heard such good things about your company, so I am sure that you are already proud of the business you do. I just felt compelled to put my thanks in writing because my new roof really surpassed my expectations.
Having never had to purchase a roof before, I found the process to be much more emotional than I had anticipated. The cost was one factor, then, you have to pick type and color. You and your team of professionals were so patient and helpful. I truly appreciate their willingness to tack several shingle samples to my roof. It really helped in the selection process.
I also appreciated the heads-up from the installers. They let us know that they would be starting early and they arrived just as they had promised every day. They were very careful not to damage the yard and cleaned up after they were finished with their job. I was extremely impressed with their attention to detail. It was evident that they cared about the quality of work they put out there. I have since compared their work to other roofs and you can see a visible difference in the workmanship.
As a homeowner, I am so pleased with my new roof and have welcomed rave reviews from friends, neighbors and family. As a real estate professional, I know that I have added great value to my home. In both cases, I will recommend Don Kennedy Roofing to everyone.
With sincere thanks,
Beth Flowers Taylor

Dear Mr. Kennedy,
This letter is a long overdue thank you for the truly tremendous job which was done by your company and your people in replacing the roof in our house at 484 Beech Creek Road.
The initial interaction, which involved our choice of different roofing styles and colors, was carried out with seemingly unlimited patience in allowing us the opportunity to view multitude of samples and colors in all types of lighting situations. We thought that the amount of time spent by your people, and the numbers of trips to our house in order to let us examine multiple samples was indeed outstanding and surpassed any expectations in this regard.
However, the best was yet to come. Despite the fact that three layers of roof had to be removed from a very large house, with over 6,000 square feet of roofing, upon our return home at the end of a work day it was impossible to tell that anything had happened in our house during the day. There was never any debris or detritus around the perimeter of our house. Our extensive landscaping was intact. The workmen were consistently courteous and considerate.
We all face a major project in our home with a great deal of apprehension. In this case, our most ambitious expectations were not only met, but surpassed.

We recently had Kennedy Roofing re-roof our house at 6424 Edinburgh Drive in Nashville. I want to say an extra “thank you for the excellent work your crew did.
I’ll spare you all the details, but suffice it to say that we got into the job and found some significant structural problems related to one of our chimneys. This delayed the work as we waited first for carpenters, then for a stone crew to fit us into their schedules. Of course, with the chimney taken completely down that entire time, weather was a concern.
Not knowing how long it was going to take to get the chimney rebuilt and a cloudy sky looming on the horizon, I called Judy who put me in touch with Billy Jones.
I work in a service industry myself, so I understand the importance of good customer service—and how rear it is to find these days. Let me just say that Billy Jones fully understands how to deliver superior customer care for your company. He went the extra mile not only to make sure the chimney was covered, but that the roofing job got done right- and, all the while, he kept a watchful eye on the chimney work, too.
This took place during a time when I had to be out of town some. I even checked in with him from a rest stop along Interstate 29 in northwest Iowa early one morning. I knew after a 3-minute call that things were well in hand and I didn’t need to worry.
Thanks for a great-looking roof and thank you, too, for employing quality folks like Billy and Judy and all the rest who make your company easy to refer folks to. Believe me, if anyone asks me for a recommendation on roofing, there is only one answer – Don Kennedy Roofing.

Dear Mr. Kennedy,
This letter is to express my great appreciation for the work your people did on my roof. Others told me they could put this roof on for half of what you would charge. But I wanted to trust it to an established company with a solid reputation, and I’m glad I did. The price was fair.
The installers were all Hispanic, and spoke little English, but they were polite and hard working. They were even patient with my attempts to be friendly in Spanish. The supervisor was friendly, bilingual, answered all my questions, and gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing.
The thing that makes me happiest is that you fixed my flat roof. There have been leaks off and on ever since we put an addition on the house 8 years ago. I knew there was a problem with the way the new roof joined the old. Your salesman had a good idea how to remedy it. Then the man who installed it had an even better idea. It was a team effort, and it worked.
I can’t say enough good things about the installer. I’m sorry I don’t know his name. But the man is an artist. He cares very much about his work, and was really creative in figuring out how to solve my particular problem. Keep him. He’s a treasure.
Again my thanks and best wishes.
Don Kennedy Roofing Co.
After watching your crew for two days, I have to commend them for their professionalism and quality workmanship. It is not often that you find a company that you can trust in this day & time and employees that take pride in their work. The crew that roofed my house was polite, kind, and took the time to show me what they were doing as they went along. My wife and I were surprised with the way it changed the look of the house. You can be assured that we will recommend your company to all our friends and any others that ask who9 is the best roofing company. Thank you for the hard work of your crew and the quality look of our new roof.

Don Kennedy Roofing,
This letter is written to express our appreciation and satisfaction with the work done at our residence on February 18, 2003.
We want to say that after your company cleaned our roof, that is now some 15 years old, it looks like new. They did a superb job and we greatly recommend your services to others who may need their roofs cleaned or other roofing repairs, or roof replacements.
We might add that your representatives were very courteous, polite and respectful.
If in the future we need your service, we will certainly call upon your company again.
Keep up the good work.

Dear Mr. Kennedy,
As you know, we bought our home at 136 Windsor Drive three years ago. While the house is a charming home, it is 62 years old and when we bought it, it was in need of many repairs. The many renovations to our home included: central heating and air, new floors, new kitchen, new wiring, new den, bathroom renovations, deck, painting, landscaping, and a new roof. We acted as general contractor for our home and have dealt over the course of the last three years with over twenty different subcontractors. While we had some excellent contractors, no one came close to the professionalism, timeliness, and quality of your work.
You may remember that we were referred to you by a commercial roofer who did not know you but admired your work so much that he suggested we call you (you roofed his neighbors and another friends’ home).
Although you have not asked us for a letter of recommendation, we felt it absolutely necessary to write you a note of our appreciation, respect and admiration for your firm’s work and responsiveness.
